Our online store is open 24 hours a day!
Cakes & Cupcakes will be available for pick up or delivery during business hours Wednesday - Saturday.
Our Saturday Sweets items will be offered for collection on Saturdays only at this time, and Saturday Sweets offerings will be based on my time availability after giving priority to custom and online order cakes & cupcake orders. This means that some weeks there may be no Saturday Sweets, and other weeks the amount and variety of items will vary.
The coming weeks Saturday Sweets menu will be posted each Saturday by 1 pm to allow for pre-orders through the week until Friday at 6 pm, or until items are sold out, whichever comes first.
curbside pick up
For the foreseeable future, all pick up orders will be curbside only. When you arrive, pull into our designated pick up space (if available), and TEXT 208-996-0461 with the name on the order, and I will be out shortly wearing gloves and a mask. Please, no calls or knocking on the front door! I'll be in the back with all the loud equipment & can't hear you!
For online orders, you will also have the option to schedule delivery by Postmates for an additional fee. **Please note, not recommended for cakes, & Boise Cakery will not be held responsible for your items once they are handed over to the delivery service driver.
If you or someone in your household is sick, please do not pick up your order. You can delegate this task to anyone, as long as they give me the name associated with the order when they pick up.
Custom orders will have the option for me to deliver, for an additional charge, based on availability.
Custom orders will have a minimum order total (non-refundable deposit) of $100, and 3 weeks lead time required. Incremental payments for the balance may be scheduled, at time of booking only, for orders greater than $300. Orders booked within 4 weeks of event date will be due in full upon booking.
Custom orders will be available for pick up during regular business hours, or scheduled for delivery Wednesday - Saturday.
For efficiency sake, I will not be answering the phone anymore! What? Yes!
But don't worry! 99% of the questions I typically answer on the phone can be found on our website!
Our online store items have great product descriptions and all available customizations are listed with those items. If the customization you would like isn't listed as an option, that means that we don't offer it, but you are welcome to contact us for a custom order (please see custom order requirements above).
Custom inquiries can be made via the contact form links above. I have a full production schedule 6 days a week, so I've scheduled the following times to respond to emails & custom order inquires:
Monday // 8 - 5 PM
Tues - Fri // 6 - 8 AM
Saturday // if my schedule allows
If requested, I will schedule a phone call with booked clients. However, I don't provide quotes over the phone, and email is the best form of communication so nothing is lost in translation, words aren't mistaken or misheard, and photos can be shared. Email also provides you and I a record of info exchanged should we need to look back.
